Return & Exchange Policy

At Nueva Reina, we maintain high quality standards. However, if something doesn’t fit right, we offer a size exchange.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchange is valid only for size issues, not for change of style, color, or personal preferences.

• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

No Returns:

We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

• The product received is damaged

• You receive a wrong product

In such cases, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Reverse Pickup:

• We may assist with reverse pickup in select pincodes.

• Alternatively, you may be asked to courier the item back to us.
